Construction

Let our attorneys help you build and protect your vision.

At Wassel, Harvey & Schuk, LLP, we work hard to protect the interests of owners, contractors and subcontractors in all types of construction matters. We have experience representing owners who have had a negative experience with a home builder or subcontractor, and in defending general and subcontractors from claims made by home owners. Our attorneys draft construction contracts on behalf of owners and contractors, and contracts between general contractors and their subcontractors. We assist contractors in enforcing their lien rights, from preparing notices to litigating lien claims.

Attorney Mara Spring, one of our Partners, has been involved with the Lakeland Builders Association in Elkhorn, WI for many years, and has spoken at many continuing education seminars related to construction law and business practices. She was previously involved in the Metropolitan Builders Association in Waukesha, WI, and served on its Arbitration Committee.

We are ready to use our knowledge and experience to get your construction issues resolved and address your claims through the negotiation and litigation process. We routinely handle all legal aspects of construction claims including drafting construction contracts, prosecuting and defending contract claims, warranty issues, lien claims, insurance claims disputes, and other matters.

Let our experience work for you.
